REFUND
The drafting of a scope of work document and a comprehensive discovery/analysis are the first steps in every project. In order to prevent project cancellations, reversals, or disputes, it ensures that everyone is informed of the requirements. As accomplishing any goal requires time, work that has already been done will not be reimbursed.
If both parties terminate the agreement at the same time, all completed work becomes the client's property, and all additional work payments are null and void. Refunds for earlier deposits or charges are not available. After the client approves the mock-up designs and the project starts development, there won't be any financial compensation.
Prorated refunds are not available for project phases that have already commenced. For services provided by our marketing team on special occasions, cancellations are not accepted. These offers are non-refundable and have an expiration date.
The returns will take upto 5-7 days to reflect in the account of the client if accepted in certain conditions.
CANCELLATION
Zoomlane IT Solution has an easy-to-understand cancellation policy. These are the terms of the procedure:
- Requests for cancellation should be sent to our account manager or our billing department. Unless departmental approval is obtained, the cancellation will not take effect.
- Only cancellation requests received within 12 hours of the order being made and prior to the start of the project's execution will be taken into account.
- It is not the responsibility of Zoomlane IT Solution to supply any services rendered by third parties, including hosting, web development, content authoring, etc.
Web/app service packages come with no refunds, although you can request a cancellation in writing up to thirty days before the planned start date. If a payment or deposit is unpaid or remains unclaimed for more than thirty days, there will be no reimbursement.
